We are looking for a dedicated technician to join our team, specifically someone who thrives in a diagnostic-heavy environment and is eager to grow their skills in deep, advanced diagnostics.

At Fox’s, we remove the “flat-rate” pressure. Every position is hourly to ensure you can focus on quality work and technical accuracy.

The Role: Advanced Diagnostics & Precision Repair

As a technician at Fox’s, your key responsibilities include communicating, diagnosing, and completing repairs within an allotted time. While we cover standard maintenance, we are a diagnostic-focused shop. We want you to focus entirely on the vehicle to master complex systems.

Expectations & Growth Opportunities:

Unsupervised Duties: Perform oil changes, brake services, and A/C services. Handle standard diagnostics for steering, suspension, and charging systems.
Deep Diagnostic Growth: Under supervision, you will dive into advanced diagnostics, including engine performance, warning lights, electrical systems, and fuel systems. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to become a diagnostic expert.
Standard Repairs: Complete engine mechanical repairs, transmission work, and axle replacement.

The Gold Standard Schedule: Work a 4-day week (7:50 am to 6:00 pm) and enjoy a 3-day weekend every single week.
Compensation: $24–$33 an hour ($49K–$65K per year) based on a consistent 36–40 hour work week.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 years of experience in the auto repair industry is preferred.
